Executive Functioning Program

Our Executive Functioning Program equips individuals with the tools and skills needed to overcome challenges in planning, organization, and emotional regulation. It empowers participants to succeed in academics, work, and personal life.

Age

  • Designed for anyone 8 years or older who is ready to create meaningful, lasting changes in their life.

Length of Program

  • Approximately 30 hours delivered over 5 consecutive days, plus up to 6 hours of follow-up consultations at no extra charge.

Purpose

To help participants develop the core executive functioning skills needed to:

  • Plan and organize effectively.

  • Set and achieve meaningful goals.

  • Regulate emotions and sustain attention.

  • Monitor behavior and adapt to changing situations.
